At Smart Paws, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at gianniszis7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and we'll make it right — no return shipping needed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as grooming tools or opened food products cannot be returned.
